Pierre Gasly

Pierre Gasly debuted for Toro Rosso in 2017, and after showing an incredible amount of promise in the 2018 season, he was promoted to Red Bull Racing for 2019. However, things took a disappointing turn after being in the shadows while rising world champion Max Verstappen stole the show. It was in this way that things ended, when Gasly was replaced by a second rising F1 driver over summer break, and went back to Toro Rosso. Luckily, Pierre was able to make the most of his position, eventually winning his maiden Grand Prix win in 2020 with the team, now named AlphaTauri. Gasly continued with the team until 2023, when AlphaTauri seemed to be losing its winning potential. He joined his fellow Frenchman, and rival, Esteban Ocon at the French team Alpine, and was later able to score a masterful 3rd place during the wet race in Brazil, with his teammate making it a double podium for Alpine, and hopefully more are to follow in the years to come.
