Norris Leads McLaren 1-2 in Final Practice ahead of Dutch Grand Prix

Lando Norris has been fastest for each free practice session this race weekend, this time leading his teammate Oscar Piastri. The track was initially slightly damp, as it had rained overnight, however it quickly dried up and the drivers came out on slick tires. The third and final practice session was much less dramatic than the previous two, though Russell did encounter an unexpected incident that saw him nearly make contact with a fast-moving Fernando Alonso as they were both driving towards the pit lane entrance. By the end of the hour, Mercedes driver George Russell was third behind the two McLaren drivers, and ahead of Carlos Sainz in fourth. Max Verstappen finished fifth, with Leclerc sixth fastest and Albon seventh. Lance Stroll, Isack Hadjar, and Fernando Alonso completed the top ten.
